How did you hear about Meraki Hammocks? 

Q:  How do I pay for my hammock?

A:  Upon receipt of your initial email, we will reply with payment details for Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo.  We will give you the total price, which will include the cost of shipping.  

Q:  When should I expect to receive my hammock?

A:  The wait time is generally five to seven days.  If there is a delay, we will provide you with an update.  If you are leaving for a trip and need us to prioritize your order, please communicate your need to us in your initial email.  

Q:  Does the hammock work with the roof on?

A:  Yes.  The front and rear attachment points do not interfere with the original factory roof (hardtop or softtop) inside the JEEP (JLU), Gen 6 Bronco (2-door and 4-door), or Braptor.  If you have an aftermarket roof, be sure to let us know the manufacturer of your roof.  

Q:  Can I install the attachment brackets myself?

A:  Yes.  The Patented brackets were designed for clients to install in a few minutes.

Q:  Can I use my own hammock to hang inside of my Bronco?

A:  The fabric used and the dimensions of retail hammocks are not suited to hang inside the JEEP  (JLU), Gen 6 Bronco (2-door and 4-door), or Braptor. 

Q:  I have a hammock.  Can I purchase the brackets and use my current hammock?

A:  Meraki Hammock brackets are only available as part of a Meraki Hammock kit.

Q:  Can I purchase one of your hammocks without the bracket(s)?  

A:  Generally, Meraki Hammocks are only available as part of a Meraki Hammock kit.  If you need a customized hammock with tree saver straps, include dimensions in your initial email. 

Q:  Can I set up the Meraki Hammock outside of the Bronco?

A:  Yes. You can use the Meraki Hammock while hiking, camping, or just hang'n around.  If you do not have tree saver straps, we can provide two straps for an additional $20.

Q:  I see pics of your Hang Dog in your hammocks.  Is the fabric dog proof?

A:  Ha.  No.  Mochi's nails have ruined a couple of hammocks.  (He loves hang'n in hammocks.)  If you want your pup to hang with you, you should purchase dog booties to protect your hammock.  

Q:  Is the Meraki Hammock suited for hiking, biking, etc.?

A:  Our hammocks weigh less than 300 grams, which make them ideal for pursuits in which weight is a factor.
